Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any skincare products once an order has been placed and processed.
Non-Refundable Items
All skincare products are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including but not limited to:
- Opened or unopened products
- Used or unused items
- Sale or promotional items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the case and, if applicable, offer a replacement at our discretion. No refunds will be issued.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
